You will receive the same treatment as that provided by best practice NHS services and recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence. Whilst I inform my practice from a range of therapeutic modalities and theories, my work is founded on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy due to the large body of evidence supporting it.
